Each print is created with intention, care, and museum-quality materials to reflect the legacy of Michael Vahl’s art. We stand firmly behind the quality of our work.
1. Satisfaction & Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at studio@artbyvahl.com, including photos and order details. We’ll promptly review your submission and either:
Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
Issue a store credit if a replacement isn’t feasible.
2. Final Sale Items
All prints are final sale, except in cases of damage or shipping errors. Because each piece is produced-to-order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for preference, size, or décor mismatches.
3. Processing Timeline
Replacements (for defective or incorrect items) will be shipped within 3–5 business days after we review your submission.
If issuing store credit, you'll receive an e‑gift credit within 5–7 business days of our receiving the returned print.
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Any prints with visible damage, use, or altered condition beyond shipping will not qualify.
Prints purchased with promotional discounts may still be eligible for store credit or replacement only—not a monetary refund.
