Each print is created with intention, care, and museum-quality materials to reflect the legacy of Michael Vahl’s art. We stand firmly behind the quality of our work.

1. Satisfaction & Damaged/Incorrect Orders

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at studio@artbyvahl.com, including photos and order details. We’ll promptly review your submission and either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a store credit if a replacement isn’t feasible.

2. Final Sale Items

All prints are final sale, except in cases of damage or shipping errors. Because each piece is produced-to-order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for preference, size, or décor mismatches.

3. Processing Timeline

  • Replacements (for defective or incorrect items) will be shipped within 3–5 business days after we review your submission.

  • If issuing store credit, you'll receive an e‑gift credit within 5–7 business days of our receiving the returned print.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Any prints with visible damage, use, or altered condition beyond shipping will not qualify.

  • Prints purchased with promotional discounts may still be eligible for store credit or replacement only—not a monetary refund.
