SMS Terms & Privacy

SMS terms
When you select the SMS marketing checkbox and submit your number, you agree to receive recurring marketing texts from Art by Vahl, Inc. about new artwork, print releases, gallery events and promotions. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies; your carrier may charge message and data fees.
Signing up is optional. You can browse, buy artwork and use our services without agreeing to marketing texts.
To unsubscribe, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to a message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact gallery@artbyvahl.com. You can also reach us at 727-490-9278. Unsubscribing from texts does not automatically unsubscribe you from email; use the unsubscribe link in an email to update that preference.
SMS privacy
For this program, we collect your mobile number, the email address you provide, your consent preferences and signup time. We may also record message interactions, such as link clicks and opt-out requests, to manage subscriptions and improve our updates.
Squarespace and the service providers that deliver our texts process the information needed to operate the program and honor your choices. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, or share mobile information or SMS consent with other businesses for their own marketing. Signing up for our texts does not give another business permission to market to you.
For our broader website privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy. Contact gallery@artbyvahl.com with privacy questions or requests.
